With Anthem constantly changing the process even I have a hard time keeping up with how supplies are supposed to be ordered. Recently a MSS called me when she was having problems ordering supplies, only to find I was clueless as well on the new process. Goodness it’s changed again!So how do you order under 65 marketing materials & applications from Anthem:
- Go to Anthem’s Broker Services Login
- Log into your Broker portal – You will need your username and password. If you don’t have a username and password or have forgotten them contact Carol Mattox to get you set up correctly.
- Click the 7th link down on the page titled Agent Information
- Click the 4th link down on the page titled Individual Under 65 Sales Materials – via Merrill Connect
- Make sure your county office is displaying in the broker box and then click continue
- Next click on the Place Order tab
- Finally choose the materials you want to order from the list below.
For Over 65 members we are still using Custom Point. If you don’t have a log in for Custom Point or if you have forgotten your log in contact Carol Mattox to get you set up correctly.
So for now, to order follow these simple steps. The new product materials are out there, stock up today!
